Brothers Building managed the commercial renovation of Cascade Athletic Club in Vancouver, Washington, coordinating the work with an out-of-state design firm. We rebuilt the entrance and foyer, added electronic turnstiles, framed new walls, installed custom shiplap millwork, and opened existing stone walls for new windows. Our team also completed electrical rewiring, a new lighting plan, painting, and HVAC upgrades, creating a brighter, more functional facility with improved access and a more welcoming member experience.
