The Gresham Weight Floor
Brothers Building completed a 14,000-square-foot commercial renovation for Cascade Athletic Club in Gresham, Oregon. The project updated the weight and cardio space, with additional improvements to the group fitness room and racquet-sports area.
We raised the ceiling and installed skylights to create an open workout environment with more natural light. The scope also included oversized ceiling fans, 60 feet of TV displays, new flooring, and fresh paint. Together, these improvements transformed the exercise areas into brighter, more welcoming spaces for members.
Cascade Athletic Club has worked with Brothers Building at two locations. Our commercial renovation in Vancouver, Washington included rebuilding the entrance and updating interior spaces, lighting, and building systems.
