This impressive three-story, 15,945-square-foot building sits in the bustling Old Mill District of Bend, Oregon. Brothers Building was brought in by Carpentry Plus to handle the mass timber installation for this project, a unique collaboration that required precise build sequencing. Working closely with the general contractor, Sunwest Builders, and NW Framing Systems, our team successfully completed the timber erection in just three weeks. The building’s standout feature is its striking mass timber stairwell, a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and coordination.
