Working as a mass timber installation partner to Carpentry Plus Inc., Brothers Building erected the timber structure for Shevlin Crossing Building B, a two-story, 27,428-square-foot commercial building in Bend, Oregon. We coordinated with Sunwest Builders, TVA Architects, and DCI Engineers to execute the installation and keep the work moving efficiently. The structure was erected in just 3.5 weeks, demonstrating the value of disciplined sequencing and close field coordination.
